Please read our shipping terms and conditions below: 

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and correct. It is not possible to cancel, retrieve, or stop the package once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a re-delivery. Please note, a shipping label fee may be included in the re-delivery of your order.
  • We responsible for unclaimed orders that are returned to us due to non delivery. Buyers are responsible to make themselves available to receive their order and/or reply to the notice left by the shipping courier to arrange re-delivery.
  • Shipping delays due to customs and import regulations are out of our control.
  • SecondHandShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with a "Signature Release" on file.
