Who Are We?

  • Secondhandshop are wholly owned by Fook Mee Trading Enterprise.
  • We are first established in 2017 and located at Lot 4, Kardong Industrial Park, Kawasan Perindustrian Lok Kawi, 89500 Kinarut, Sabah.

Return & Refund

  • SecondHandShop takes exceptional care to ensure all items listed for sale on our website are accurately described and photographed. In the unlikely event of any issues or concerns following the purchase of an item, we encourage customers to immediately contact us via fmtent@fookmee.com.my to arrange for the return of the item and a refund. Evidence of purchase, such as a copy of an order confirmation email, may be required.

Shipping

  • Can I cancel my purchase? Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and correct. It is not possible to cancel, retrieve, or stop the package once it has been shipped.
  • What if my package is lost? We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a re-delivery. Please note, a shipping label fee may be included in the re-delivery of your order.
  • I wasn't home when Shipping Courier send the parkage? We are not responsible for unclaimed orders that are returned to us due to non delivery. Buyers are responsible to make themselves available to receive their order and/or reply to the notice left by the shipping courier to arrange re-deliver.
  • Why is my Package delayed? Shipping delays due to customs and import regulations are out of our control. SecondHandShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with a "Signature Release" on file, or orders shipped without Route protect. By clicking the 'Place Order' button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept our Terms and Conditions above as well as our Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

Transport and Delivery. (Only applicable to Kota Kinabalu Client)                 

  • Do you deliver up stairs? Yes, we do deliver upstairs with a minimum charges.
  • I need to book a lift in my building for the delivery. How can I coordinate the delivery time with the lift booking? No problem. After placing your order, please reply to the order confirmation let us know you need to book a lift. We will reply to let you the exact delivery time so you can book the lift. If the lift is not avaialble at that time, we'll be happy to work out an alternative time with you.
  • Are items delivered fully assembled, or in pieces?. Most items are delivered fully assembled. Larger items (such as beds) are delivered in a few pieces so they will fit through doorways. Our drivers will assemble these items for you at the time of delivery.
  • If I place my order now, how soon can you deliver it? Our delivery service operates from Monday to Saturday most of the year (excluding public holidays). You can select a preferred delivery day and time at the checkout screen. In many cases this can be as soon as the following day, or as far as 2 weeks into the future.
